Named after the doll of iconic loveteam of the 60’s, Guy and Pip, “Maria Leonora Teresa” is a 2014 Pinoy horror-suspense drama film starring Jodi Sta. Maria, Zanjoe Marudo and Iza Calzado.
The film revolves around three parents Faith (Sta. Maria), Julio (Marudo) and Stella (Sta. Maria) who lost their respective daughters, Maria, Leonora and Teresa. With the help of a psychiatrist named Manolo, the parents are advised to adopt life-sized dolls. But instead of coping with their loss, their way to recovery only worsens when the dolls seem to be brought to life by evil.
