1. Kahit Butas ng Karayom (1995)

Here in this action-drama film, we meet Daniel, a junior military officer, who got into an argument with an powerful person in Manila and was consequently reassigned inZamboanga. He struggles to bring back the faith of the community in the arm force as he tries to work out the issues in his unit which is composed of his unit in Zamboanga which is composed of misbehaved and corrupt soldiers. 

2. Alamat ng Lawin (2002)

Great for fans of Pinoy movies, this mystical action-adventure movie is about a farway strange neverland, where Lawin, the legendary warior is bestowed with magical powers. He is the sole hope of the villagers against the evil armies of Draka. 

3. Batas ng Lansangan (2002)

Another classic Pinoy action movie is this 2002 film where FPJ plays the role of Army Major Ruben Medrano who  was once a part of an elite anti-kidnapping task force. After an unfortunate incident he was suspended and sent back to Manila where he tried to revive his ties with his daughter, Marissa (Kaye Abad) who has become cold toward her father. When Ruben learned the presence of drug lords in the area, he strives to protect his loved ones. 

4. Pakners (2003)

This is FPJ’s last movie where he co-starred with Efren “Bata” Reyes, Philippine’s another icon in the field of billiards. The unusual duo makes this action-packed and comedy-filled a favorite in Pinoy movies and is still one of the memorable movie tandem in the Philippine action cinema.
